I went to Oviedo and Leon this past weekend. I will tell you about it soon. More importantly, Sabrina, a friend studying at Oxford for the year came to visit yesterday and leaves tomorrow. We went out for some pintxos and tonight I am going to try cooking (really just Spanish tortillas or essentially potato omelets for all you haters) for her and her friends and, perhaps more importantly, BEN & EVE!
